Our program includes classical, pop, hip-hop, jazz, children’s concerts, and film music. Each year, we host over 900 events, attracting more than 730,000 visitors. With our passionate and close-knit team, we strive to provide the very best experience for visitors, musicians, and staff.
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you serve as the link between the Concertgebouw and concertgoers. With your warm and welcoming demeanor, you ensure that everyone feels welcome: from young to old, from regulars to first-time visitors, and from classical music lovers to jazz fans.

You’ll be joining a diverse and friendly team of 16 people of all ages. The team is led by a coordinator and an assistant coordinator.
