We are looking for a Facilities Services Associate to work 38 hours per week in the Facilities Services department. As a Facilities Services Associate, you will support the department with administrative and financial tasks, as well as with the implementation of facilities-related issues and projects.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
You will work within the Technical Services team, which is part of the Facilities Department. At the office, you will be working alongside the Building Management, Facilities, and Technical Services Coordinator—with whom you will maintain close contact and to whom you will report—as well as the Technical Services Coordinator and the Building Management Assistant. You will perform your duties for the entire Facilities Department. This includes the Reception & Security, Operations, Technical Services, and Theater Technology departments, which together employ approximately 30 colleagues.
