More about this organization
The historic stone building of Teylers Museum, featuring classical architecture and columns, is located on a Dutch street lined with historic buildings.

Teylers Museum is the oldest museum in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1784 and is still housed in its original building. At the museum, you can marvel at art and science. It houses a unique collection of fossils, minerals, books, coins, medals, scientific instruments, paintings, and drawings of international significance. We organize diverse and successful (international) exhibitions, ranging from Leonardo da Vinci to Dinomakers, from The Great Illusion – 200 Years of Virtual Realities to Hockney’s Eye.
