We are looking to expand our procurement administration team. We offer a flexible position in the heart of a dynamic organization, ranging from 24 to 32 hours per week, where you will contribute to quality education for every child.
As an accounts payable clerk, you will be part of the team responsible for handling the financial administration for both the PO-Raad and the VO-Raad. In this role, you will ensure that invoices are posted correctly, navigate between cost centers, projects, and the general ledger for expenses, and monitor payment terms. If an invoice cannot be posted immediately, you will investigate the matter. For your colleagues at both organizations, you are the first point of contact for everything related to incoming invoices. You maintain contact with various employees from both organizations and know what’s going on and who is working on what. You are able to maintain an overview and work accurately and efficiently under varying circumstances. You communicate clearly and accurately about invoice requirements to buyers and suppliers.

You have a high school diploma and several years of experience in similar work. Experience with AFAS is a plus.
You have a customer-focused and proactive attitude, backed by strong communication skills. The work at the PO-Raad and VO-raad requires integrity and openness; you speak your mind and walk the talk. The PO-Raad and the VO-Raad are the sector organizations for primary and secondary education. These associations represent the common interests of school organizations in primary education, secondary education, special primary education, and (secondary) special education.
