The Anne-Bo Foundation (www.stichtinganne-bo.nl) is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for young women who have dreams but may not always know how to pursue them, or who lack the resources or network needed to realize those dreams and achieve their goals. Through scholarships and personalized guidance for students, the Anne-Bo Foundation helps young women pursue higher education at community colleges and universities.

As the Anne-Bo Foundation continues to professionalize its operations, we are seeking a Coach Manager to supervise our 100+ volunteers who have been matched with students as coaches at the Anne-Bo Foundation.

The Anne-Bo Foundation (www.stichtinganne-bo.nl) strives to promote equal opportunities for young women who have dreams but don’t always know how to pursue them, or lack the necessary network, to make those dreams a reality and achieve their goals. Through scholarships and personalized guidance for students, the Anne-Bo Foundation helps young women pursue higher education at community colleges and universities.

As the Anne-Bo Foundation continues to professionalize, we are looking for a Coach Manager.

The job🔥; Coach Manager

The Anne-Bo Foundation has a pool of 100 active coaches—that is, coaches who have been matched with a student. These are one-on-one matches. There is also a pool of over 130 coaches in the database who are waiting to be matched. Our coaches are all volunteers; they volunteer their time but are not without obligations, and they need guidance and resources.

With the rapid growth of the Anne-Bo Foundation, we are facing an increasing number of questions and tasks. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for a coach manager to work 8 to 10 hours per week. You are a true people person—an inspiring mentor who is a good listener and can approach issues pragmatically. The role requires a combination of carefully considering and weighing a question and seeking the right solution, as well as being able to act quickly and resolve the issue immediately. With more than 100 students and just as many coaches, no two days are the same, and new situations constantly arise. In addition to daily tasks, we also want to motivate and encourage this very important and inspiring group of women at the Anne-Bo Foundation to build and strengthen a strong bond with their students in order to offer them the fair and equal opportunities that everyone deserves. This includes organizing networking events in collaboration with Team Anne-Bo, as well as facilitating knowledge transfer through online inspiration sessions or training workshops. The ideal candidate is resilient, down-to-earth, empathetic, and has a big ❤️ for our target group. A background in pedagogy, psychology, and/or education would be a great asset. However, the most important qualities for this role are a hands-on approach, the ability to listen, and the capacity to act thoughtfully.
