Site Coordinator 2 Explorers

2Samen Childcare has 70 locations offering daycare, preschool, and after-school care in The Hague, Monster, and Naaldwijk. 2Ontdekkers is a daycare center, preschool, and after-school care facility located in one of the most beautiful parts of Scheveningen. We have 2 daycare groups, 1 preschool group, and 4 after-school care groups, 2 of which are located in the school. We partner with Het Volle Leven elementary school. We have our own building here with shared preschool and after-school care spaces, and we share several rooms in the school’s beautiful building. The best part of 2Ontdekkers is the lovely nature garden, which even has its own petting zoo!

We are looking for a Site Coordinator for 34 hours per week. You will work 10 hours at the after-school care center and 24 hours at the office, generally Monday through Friday. Your workdays and hours are, of course, negotiable.

What will you be doing?

As a Site Coordinator, you’ll spend part of your time at the after-school care center and serve as the go-to administrative support on site. You’ll juggle the schedules, be the first point of contact for questions from parents and colleagues, and thrive on getting things organized—because that’s all part of the job! Starting this summer, we’ll be launching a partially new team at 2Ontdekkers, and we need you to be part of it. You’re a key link in creating a team that works well together and delivers a rock-solid program for the children. In addition, we’d like to renew our partnership with the school. How can we bring out the best in each other and work together as efficiently as possible at our beautiful location? A fun challenge, then! It’s important that you bring a sense of humor and enthusiasm, that you’re confident and self-reliant. We’re therefore preferably looking for a Site Coordinator with some prior work experience.

• A competitive salary in accordance with the Childcare Collective Bargaining Agreement; pay scale 7 (€2,874 – €3,837 for a full-time position of 36 hours per week).
• You can choose between full public transportation reimbursement or a mileage allowance.
