As Lead HR Business Partner at Kind&co Ludens, would you like to combine strategic HR partnership with managerial leadership over an ambitious HR advisory team? In this role, you will combine strong leadership with strategic HR partnership. You will have direct managerial responsibility for the HR advisory team, set the strategic direction in collaboration with the HR manager, and work toward further professionalization. In addition, you will serve as a sounding board for senior staff managers, executive management, and the board, and play a key role in addressing organization-wide HR issues within the Service Office.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic influence with line management responsibilities and serve as a key player within the Service Office. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

As Lead HR Business Partner, you will provide line management to approximately 10 HR advisors and 2 Senior HR advisors. The Senior HR advisors provide functional leadership to the HR advisors. You will have overall responsibility for the team and ensure clear guidelines, focus, and development. In addition, you will serve as the strategic HR Business Partner for the executive board, board of directors, and senior management within the Service Office. You will advise on organization-wide issues and have a visible influence on the direction and development of the Service Office.

In this role:

  • You will provide hierarchical leadership to the HR advisory team and focus on quality, collaboration, and results.
  • You will work with the HR manager to determine the strategic direction of the HR advisory team.
  • You are a member of the HR Management Team and actively contribute to the further development of the HR department and strong internal collaboration.
  • You will actively work to enhance the team’s professionalism, including by strengthening data-driven practices.
  • You ensure clear working arrangements, prioritization, and a balanced distribution of tasks.
  • You will serve as the HR Business Partner for the executive team, the board, and senior staff managers within the Service Office.
  • you take the lead on broader, cross-organizational HR issues.
  • You translate HR data and trends into insightful analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • You will ensure the quality of HR processes and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • You’ll be given the freedom and trust to shape HR and make a tangible contribution to the organization’s development.
  • You will serve as the HR manager’s substitute in their absence.

You're a good fit for us because you:

  • has a college-level education and way of thinking, for example in HRM or business administration.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role.
  • You are a strong and approachable people manager.
  • You have experience managing professionals and strengthening their advisory role.
  • have a clear vision of HR, team development, and organizational development.
  • You are a reliable and knowledgeable partner for the executive board, board of directors, and management.
  • You have a good understanding of organizational dynamics and can easily navigate between different levels.
  • You have experience with data-driven work and translating insights into strategic policy.
