Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure that both the property owners/clients and the tenants of the managed properties are satisfied with our services. You will always strive for the highest possible quality while also identifying commercial opportunities.

On behalf of our clients, you will help develop the account’s real estate strategy and draft lease extensions and lease agreements. You will work with Savills’ client accountants and technical managers to address outstanding issues and ongoing matters, such as rent arrears or incentives. You will also serve as the liaison between the client and third parties, including lawyers, suppliers, local governments, consultants, and real estate agents.

You know how to build and maintain good relationships with all tenants. This involves familiarizing yourself with the tenants’ association, participating in tenant meetings, and paying them regular personal visits.

Finally, make sure you stay up to date on the latest developments in your market and field. 

Property Management

You will be working in the Property Management department. This department employs 50 professionals across three disciplines: technical, administrative, and commercial management. In this role, you will focus on the commercial management of real estate portfolios located primarily in the Randstad.

What are the requirements?

• A completed associate’s or bachelor’s degree; preferably in a real estate-related field
• Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English
• You work well in a team and have a service-oriented attitude
• You can set priorities and make decisions
• You possess a high degree of integrity and flexibility
