
As a (junior/mid-level) information/data analyst, you will play a crucial role in WWF Netherlands’ ongoing data transformation. You will do this by leveraging your data-driven mindset, analyses, insights, research, and problem-solving skills to address business challenges. You will provide insights, identify opportunities, unlock value for the business, and support day-to-day operations. Connecting opportunities and creating actionable solutions that lead to concrete results.
The position
You are responsible for deriving insights from the customer contact channels where our clients interact with us. These include the following channels: web data, customer contact center, social media data, email data, and external data. The goal is to gain insight into our clients’ behavior and emotions throughout the customer journey, improve the customer experience, and develop more effective customer processes.
In addition, you and the three-person data team are responsible for collecting, preparing, transforming, and analyzing data. You monitor data quality and ensure that the data is consistent and reusable. You analyze interesting trends in the data and create visualizations and dashboards to help us interpret the data, with the goal of providing insights and supporting decision-making.
In addition, you will be (partly) responsible for dashboards and reports, and you will contribute to predictive and optimization models aimed at improving customer satisfaction, effectiveness, and efficiency.

The Engagement department primarily uses Dutch. This department is responsible for engaging various target groups in the Netherlands in our mission. Engagement operates using an agile approach with 4 chapters and 7 squads; multidisciplinary, self-organizing teams with their own responsibilities. To strengthen the Digital & Data chapter within the Engagement department, we are seeking a (junior/mid-level) Data/Information Analyst.
The Information/Data Analyst reports directly to the Head of Digital & Data.
