
C. is a unique complex of cultural venues in Haarlemmermeer, featuring wonderful programs at the theater, pop venue, arts center, library, and architecture showcase. There is plenty to experience, enjoy, and learn. This is possible in five performance halls, a pop café, various meeting venues, a library with reading, study, and work areas, numerous dance studios, art studios, music rooms, and rehearsal studios. At other locations in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, there are five additional libraries, a well-equipped arts center in Nieuw-Vennep, and the Vestzaktheater Het Oude Raadhuis. At Stichting C., over 200 people are employed under formal contracts. In addition, we work with many volunteers, temporary staff, and freelancers.
We are looking for an experienced
As an HR staff member, you are our rock. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers with questions about HR processes and policies. It is important that you can work accurately and in an organized manner, while also handling ad hoc tasks as they arise. In addition, you will support various projects and are eager to contribute ideas and help further professionalize the HR department.
