The responsibilities of an HR Associate at NDT are very diverse. As an HR Associate at NDT, you will handle the operational and administrative aspects of all HR processes within our organization. This includes playing an administrative and organizational role in recruitment, as well as coordinating the introduction and onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing employees.
In addition, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing absences, training, applying for and renewing residence permits, and handling employee onboarding, transfers, and departures.
You will process personnel changes for payroll purposes and manage personnel files. You will prepare reports on the workforce for the executive board and the management team. As part of a small team, you will work together to professionalize HR within the organization. This includes expanding the ESS/MSS system.
In addition to a passion for and enthusiasm about the field, you recognize the following competencies in yourself:
o At least a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking in the HR field, with knowledge of terminology and an understanding of processes related to employment conditions, human resources, and HR information systems being a plus;
o You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
o You have an open personality and are approachable to everyone;
o You know how to handle confidential information with discretion;
o You can carry out the work effectively as you see fit;
o You can work neatly and carefully;
o You enjoy working closely with others in a small team;
o You have administrative and organizational skills
