The organization consists of the following departments: Conservation, Engagement, Organization & Talent Development, and Finance & Operations. The Finance & Operations department is responsible for the day-to-day operations of WWF NL and comprises Finance, IT, and Legal & Compliance.
The Finance Unit is responsible for the organization’s planning and control cycle, external reporting, financial, HR, and payroll administration, as well as contract management and financial monitoring of WWF’s global conservation projects.
To strengthen our Finance Unit, we are looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator (junior/mid-level) for 24 or 32 hours per week.
As an HR and Payroll Administrator (junior/mid-level), you will work alongside the current senior HR and Payroll Administrator to implement the annual plan developed by the Head of Finance. You will be jointly responsible for managing our HR and payroll administration. You will advise colleagues on matters such as salaries, social insurance, and employment conditions. You will have frequent contact with employees and the HR team within the Organization & Talent Development department.

The HR and Payroll Administrator reports directly to Tanja Seydlitz, our Head of Finance.
