Who can also take the initiative to develop a multi-year HR plan for both housing associations in line with their organizational objectives and then implement it? Who thrives on the dynamic nature of switching between two housing associations? Then we’re looking for you!
Woonmeij and Area
Woonmeij and Area are housing associations in North-East Brabant with offices in Schijndel and Uden, which actively collaborate in a number of areas. In the field of HRM, we largely face the same challenges and issues, which is why we see an opportunity to hire a joint HR Business Partner. You will work part of the week for Area and part of the week for Woonmeij. It is therefore important that you can easily switch between both housing associations. In addition, both housing associations employ an HR staff member to handle operational HR tasks. What will you be doing here?
As an HR Business Partner, you proactively advise and inform executives and managers. You serve as a full-fledged discussion partner for them. You understand the strategy and can translate it into concrete HR objectives. You actively promote the further development of strategic workforce planning, both in terms of quality and quantity. Developing and implementing a development and training policy falls under your responsibilities. Together with managers, you monitor the quality of the performance review cycle and the resulting actions. You will also collaborate with HR staff to optimize processes. Since many HR issues are relevant to both housing associations, you will often be able to apply HR policies broadly to both organizations, which can result in significant time savings. What do you bring to the table?
You are energetic, decisive, and not afraid to ask tough questions. You can also easily adapt to different levels and navigate between the two housing associations. While the industry is the same, we are two separate entities. You have strong interpersonal skills and work in a structured manner. You take the initiative and act with confidence.
