
As an HR advisor, you have an independent role and a great deal of autonomy in organizing your own work. You serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters for management, the Works Council, and employees.
Art and culture are invaluable to our city. To this end, we support schools, cultural institutions, and cultural providers with advice and grants. Our mission is inclusive: we want everyone in The Hague to experience what it’s like to be a cultural participant themselves and to be inspired by the art of others. CultuurSchakel employs approximately 40 full-time staff members and a number of independent contractors.
