Hospitality Coordinator

Our Hospitality Coordinator is the beaming heart of our office. Not only do you welcome everyone with a smile, but you also make sure everyone feels right at home in our inspiring environment. Your energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and you support colleagues and clients whenever needed.

What do you usually do all day?

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our office, from greeting clients and colleagues and coordinating meeting rooms to providing a healthy lunch and good coffee;
• You will ensure that our premises are clean and tidy and that the decor is in order;
• You maintain contact with suppliers and manage inventory;
• You are the point of contact for questions and requests from colleagues and guests, and you come up with appropriate solutions to any problems that may arise.

Who are you?

• You are hospitable and have experience in the hospitality industry or at a front desk;
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in Dutch, and have a good command of English;
• You are a go-getter with an eye for detail and always strive for excellence;
• You are flexible and able to handle stress, especially in a fast-paced environment;
• Ideally, you should be available on weekdays in the morning between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. However, if you are available for more hours, this can be discussed: we expect a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 32 hours per week.
