What do you bring to the table?
You have at least one year of experience as an IT service desk agent. You also have experience with incident management systems (preferably TOPdesk). You have gained your knowledge of Office 365 through training courses and/or work experience. In addition, you have a clear affinity for technology.

Who are we?

The department manages and maintains all applications formally in use within the AHK for the purposes of education, operational management, and office automation. We also manage and maintain the ICT infrastructure and support all staff and students in the use of ICT equipment, products, and services.
