Functional Administrator/Data and Application Administrator

What are you going to do?

As a systems administrator, you are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of one or more (online) applications, including ZorgkaartNederland.nl.

This job is very varied. In this role, you will spend most of your time on functional management. You will also be involved in data application management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keep applications up to date.
• You write scripts and run them.
• You will assist with technical changes and developments.
• You will be in contact with IT vendors and will work with them to discuss improvements.
• You will answer technical questions from colleagues and customers.
• You write manuals, procedures, and technical instructions.
• You assist testing agencies with testing and using applications.
• You are the go-to person for technical questions about data.
• You perform functional testing and coordinate user testing.
• You draft data contracts.
• You prepare reports.

ZorgkaartNederland is part of the Products and Services department of the Dutch Patient Federation. You will be working in a team of about 15 colleagues. There are two functional administrators.

ZorgkaartNederland.nl receives over a million visits per month, making it the largest review site in the healthcare sector. People either leave a review on the website itself, or we receive reviews through partnerships with, for example, survey firms and EHR/EPR providers.

As a content manager, you are also involved with three other websites run by the Patient Federation: mijnkwaliteitvanleven.nl, ikzoekeenpatient.nl, and DigitaleZorggids.nl.

Contract and Salary

The salary depends on your education and experience, up to €4,040.00 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek (Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, Scale 8).

You will be offered a one-year contract. The Dutch Patient Federation adheres to the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement and offers excellent employment conditions, including an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget. You will be enrolled in the Healthcare and Welfare Pension Fund.
