
DOK is an innovative public library
from Delft. We are proud of our history, our city, and what we do here
achieve together with many partners. We have approximately 70 enthusiastic colleagues
together with 200 dedicated volunteers. DOK operates on the belief that everyone

We have close ties to our city through our two locations
(Centrum and Voorhof), through fifteen Vindplaatsen (in schools), and through our

To round out our executive team, we are looking for an executive secretary.
As an executive secretary, you are the right-hand person for the executive team (consisting of

play an active role in shaping the new direction and the new
policy plan. You provide advice, prepare for core team meetings, and contribute
decision-making. You draft policy documents (Annual Plan and Board Report), and
handles the processing and follow-up communication of this matter both internally and externally

DOK offers an employment contract between the
20 and 24 hours per week for one year, with the intention of extending this to
mutual satisfaction. The terms of employment are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement
Public Libraries; the position is contingent upon knowledge and experience
valued on a 10-point scale, with a maximum of €4,643 gross per month
(excluding 8% vacation pay and 3.25% year-end bonus) based on 36
hours. Partial remote work is possible.
