Content Creator / Web Editor

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Manage NPO Kennis’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok);
• Develop existing content formats and initiate and create new ones in collaboration with our current team;
• Directing and editing our explainer videos;
• Actively responding to and addressing questions, comments, and feedback from our followers on social media;
• Editorial tasks such as (image) research, writing articles, preparing the newsletter, etc.;
• Actively seek out partnerships with internal and external parties. This includes television programs and digital content from all broadcasters, as well as organizations such as NOS, Isdatechtzo.nl, Trimbos, and MIND Korrelatie;
• Take our platform to the next level with your educational and cross-media ideas.

This is you:

• Has been working in a similar role for several years;
• Well-informed about current trends in the (social media) world;
• Connected to the 18- to 40-year-old demographic: you know who they are, where they are, and how to engage and serve them with the perfect content;
• A star at writing engaging social media copy: you know exactly what kind of posts will get likes, comments, or shares;
• Experienced in creating video content for social media;
• Proven experience in video editing;
• Loves numbers and enjoys identifying areas where content can be improved;
• Creative, enthusiastic, and always looking for new possibilities.

Here's what we offer:

A one-year contract starting September 1, 2024 (earlier start dates are possible upon consultation), with the possibility of extension. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade F (€2,711.89 – €3,988.60) or G (€3,118.48 – €4,757.41) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement.
