
In our ideal world, everyone is digitally literate and feels safe and engaged. Do you make a valuable contribution to digital inclusion and digital citizenship? We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator (32 hours per week) to join our passionate “Alliance for Digital Living” team.
What will you be doing?
You will coordinate (online and offline, local and national) campaigns and events from concept through development and execution to evaluation. With your enthusiasm, you will ensure the success of the Alliance’s campaigns and events (sometimes in collaboration with external partners). You translate strategic plans into marketing and communication activities and contribute both communicatively and organizationally to the growth of new and innovative concepts. You love organizing everything from a booth at the 50plus Fair and an Alliantie Café to our annual Digital Inclusion Day. You know how to make every event a success, always keeping the right target audience in mind. With your empathy, persuasiveness, and ability to inspire others, you know how to get people on board. You don’t get stressed when a deadline approaches; you strive for the best possible result and make adjustments where necessary. You’ll be part of the Alliance’s communications team.
Our offerings
Your initial contract will be for one year. If we’re both satisfied, we’ll be happy to renew it. The gross monthly salary (on a full-time basis) ranges from a minimum of €3,316.47 to a maximum of €4,737.85 (scale 10 of the CAO Beeld & Geluid collective bargaining agreement). We’d also love to meet self-employed professionals and freelancers who fit the profile described above.
The Alliance is a program within the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision. That’s also where you’ll be based. As much as we enjoy working at Sound and Vision, we also place a high value on free time. That’s why you’ll receive a generous 25 vacation days and 24 compensatory time off days per year (on a full-time basis). Can’t use them all? Then you can also use your vacation days for other fun things, such as buying an (electric) bike or laptop, or taking that dream trip. We use a cafeteria model for this.
We have a hybrid work setup: maybe you’d like to drop the kids off at school in the morning, or work out for an hour, before heading to the office? Or perhaps you’d prefer a set day each week to work from home? We trust that you’re best able to decide what works best for you and for us. That’s why we provide an expense allowance for working from home and for commuting, depending on where you’re working!

We would prefer it if you have an interest in digital inclusion and digital citizenship. Experience working with socially relevant organizations is also a plus.
