More about this organization
Two people are sitting at a table talking, with plants and materials between them, in a room with wooden walls.

Groundwork Academy is growing. That’s why we’re looking for a back-office staff member who can bring calm, clarity, and structure to our educational process. Someone who spots areas for improvement, takes care of them, and ensures everything runs smoothly. You’ll provide administrative support for our training programs, directly contributing to a professional learning environment for both students and instructors. Groundwork Academy operates through four areas of connection: connection to your foundation, to yourself, to others, and to the greater whole. We train professionals who want to grow in psychological and spiritual maturity.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing and optimizing our online learning environment (Moodle)
  • Ensuring that teaching and assessment materials are accurate and up-to-date (including version control and formatting)
  • Monitoring and improving administrative processes in education
  • Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system
  • Supporting the office team with organizational and facility-related tasks
  • Secretarial role within the examination committee

What do you bring to the table?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with administrative processes, preferably in an educational or training context
  • Digital literacy (experience with Moodle is a plus)
  • Precision and a sense of structure
  • Proactive attitude: you spot areas for improvement and take the initiative to address them
  • Strong communication skills
  • Preferred workdays are Wednesday mornings and Friday mornings (the remaining hours and workdays to be agreed upon)

What do we offer?

  • Salary range for the position, based on education and experience (min. €2,657 to max. €3,793) for a 40-hour workweek
  • A position requiring 20–24 hours per week. As the organization grows, we expect these hours to increase over time
  • A meaningful role within a growing educational organization
  • Opportunities to improve processes and help enhance the quality of our programs
  • Employee Handbook, including benefits such as a pension plan, a training/wellness budget, and a profit-sharing plan

Would you like to contribute to an organization where substance and quality are key? If so, please send us your cover letter and resume. The application deadline is Thursday, April 9. If you have any questions about the position, please contact Debora Kuipers, training coordinator, at info@groundwork.nl or 085-3034220. We look forward to hearing from you!
