Are you our new administrative secretary?
Thanks to your dedication and ambition, the Works Council (OR), the Tenants’ Association (SHO), and the managing director can count on your full support.
Your role makes a difference
You will support the Managing Director and the Works Council on policy and procedural matters related to the Works Council Act (WOR). You will also assist the managing director in ensuring the smooth operation of the Collaborative Tenants’ Organizations (SHO). You will serve as the link between the SHO and Wooncompagnie, establish contact with the committees, and gather information on current issues. You will have the freedom to shape this role yourself. In this way, you will help build a strong foundation for effective tenant participation.
You can easily schedule meetings
Ensuring a smooth meeting schedule and well-prepared meetings is a piece of cake for you. You have no trouble distinguishing between main and secondary issues, and you process information quickly. You write minutes and reports with ease.
You think proactively and ahead
A deal is a deal, and you ensure that it is honored. You monitor action items and decisions. With a keen sense of administrative dynamics, you provide (solicited and unsolicited) substantive advice to the director on matters related to the Tenant-Landlord Consultation Act (the Consultation Act) and agreements from the cooperation agreement with the SHO. You ensure that documents are clear, complete, and understandable.
We can definitely count on you during these times
Every Thursday morning, you will attend the Works Council meeting, and once every six weeks, you will participate in the Works Council’s consultation with the executive director. In addition, six times a year, you will be available on Wednesday evenings for the SHO meetings.
What are you bringing?
You are an experienced, independent administrative secretary with a completed degree or are willing to pursue one. You have a thorough command of the Dutch language and can translate complex texts into clear, understandable language (language level B1). You work independently, with precision, and take the initiative. Strong digital skills, including experience with Office 365 and iBabs, are a plus.
