
Are you an experienced Agile coach who cares not only about team performance but also about the well-being of your colleagues? And do you enjoy helping to innovate and optimize products and services and make our organization more agile? If so, you’re the Agile coach we’re looking for.
As an Agile Coach, you will help our organization foster an agile mindset to promote collaboration, agility, and performance. In this role, you will be part of the HR team and work closely with the Technology & Operations Division. The departments and teams within this division implement our agile way of working in various ways. Not “agile by the book,” but doing what works.
Together with managers, cluster leads, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, you will continue the agile transition that is already underway. To support the teams in this process, we have launched TeamUp!, an initiative designed to facilitate the development of various roles, collaboration, and performance. As an Agile Coach, you will work on the further development of TeamUp! and serve as the point of contact.
Your main responsibilities within the Technology & Operations Department are:

As an Agile Coach, you will report to the HR & Organizational Development Manager.
The position of Agile Coach is a full-time role requiring 24 to 32 hours per week. You will start with a one-year contract, and the salary ranges from €4,007 to €6,485 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek. We determine the salary based on education, experience, and equal pay for all genders.
