ZorgkaartNederland is the largest review website in the Dutch healthcare sector. On ZorgkaartNederland, people share their healthcare experiences with others. This helps people choose a healthcare provider that’s the right fit for them. ZorgkaartNederland is an initiative of the Dutch Patient Federation. The ZorgkaartNederland team consists of 16 professionals, including editors, advisors, and a marketer. This team works daily to further improve ZorgkaartNederland, maintain contact with healthcare providers and reviewers, manage the database, and more.
Who are we looking for?
The ZorgkaartNederland team is looking for an enthusiastic consultant to inform healthcare institutions about the capabilities of ZorgkaartNederland. You will advise them on how to make the most of ZorgkaartNederland, from collecting reviews to improving quality. You will bring the experiences of healthcare institutions back to the team, thereby contributing to the further development of the platform. You will also be responsible for advising on Mijnkwaliteitvanleven.nl: a tool used by clients and healthcare providers to identify what is important to a person and to help them take control of their own care. This enables care and support to be tailored to the client’s wishes and capabilities.
You will build relationships, secure new contracts, and maintain these relationships. Together with the team, you will initiate targeted marketing and sales activities. In doing so, you will perform both hands-on and coordinating tasks.
What are the requirements?
You are socially engaged and eager to apply your commercial skills to support the goals of the Dutch Patient Federation. You have a relevant network in the healthcare sector or are able to build one quickly. You quickly grasp new concepts and products and translate them into sales opportunities for ZorgkaartNederland and mijnkwaliteitvanleven.nl. You are self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and are outward-focused. You enjoy presenting and can effectively convey the message of ZorgkaartNederland and mijnkwaliteitvanleven.nl to a diverse audience.
You have a few years of relevant work experience, for example as a (junior) account/sales manager, policy officer, or project officer, and you’re eager to further develop your sales and marketing skills. If you’ve just graduated and have relevant internship and/or research experience in healthcare, marketing, and/or consulting, you’re also welcome to apply.
What do we offer you?
We offer a diverse role within a dynamic organization staffed by dedicated professionals. An organization where you can further develop your skills in substantive, strategic, and policy areas, and where you can build a strong network within the healthcare sector.
Depending on your education and experience, the salary is up to €4,927.00 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek (Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, scale 9 or scale 10).
For now, you will be offered a one-year employment contract. The Dutch Patient Federation adheres to the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement and offers excellent employment conditions, including an Individual Choice Budget and a career budget. Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, you will be enrolled in the Healthcare and Welfare Pension Fund.
