Your responsibilities are diverse: ranging from all administrative tasks related to HR matters to policy development and implementation. You embrace innovation and are eager to contribute ideas and work toward further professionalizing the HR department and positioning it as a forward-thinking unit. For your colleagues, you are the (primary) point of contact for all kinds of personnel matters. You provide support and advice on the implementation of HR policies and also play a proactive role in identifying issues. You prepare reports and provide advice on changing laws and regulations, policies, and all kinds of personnel issues that arise. You write job descriptions and job postings and handle recruitment and selection. You also ensure that salary changes are submitted correctly and on time to our external payroll agency. In addition, you maintain external HR-related relationships with entities such as the UWV, insurers, occupational health and safety services, and staffing agencies. Furthermore, you process administrative data regarding new hires, transfers, and departures in the systems and personnel files. You make HR information accessible to employees through the relevant internal communication channels.
The organization consists of a core team of 45 colleagues. In addition, we work with a flexible workforce of varying numbers of colleagues.
