You post job openings online and help colleagues get started with their recruitment process by linking a strong LinkedIn post to each one. After all, the best lunch is always at home, and with renewed energy, you set up a poll to choose a date for the next team event. Next, you pick up the phone to schedule a few calls for a colleague before focusing on proofreading two job postings for spelling errors. You make sure the proposal for a new client looks spotless and is ready to be sent out, after which you happily check one last round of emails and log off for the day.

Colourful People is a nationally operating executive search and consulting firm that has grown into an established “niche player” since 2000. Colourful People is the first and oldest firm specializing in diversity and inclusion. We help organizations fill strategic positions while keeping an eye on the broad diversity that makes teams more creative, innovative, and in tune with the times. We are a network organization, which means our colleagues live and work all across the country. For us, there’s no need to commute to a fixed office every day. You, too, will carry out the vast majority of your work from home. We hold weekly online meetings, and four times a year we gather to discuss a specific topic at one of our special clients’ locations. In addition, a colleague will regularly call you with a request for help. Even if you don’t see them often, your colleagues count on you, and that makes your work crucial to our daily operations!

Here's what you'll need

• You pick up new systems quickly;
• Your writing is error-free and fluent;
• You enjoy helping people as best as you can;
• You know how to work in an organized manner;
• You have a communicative personality;
• You have a proactive and self-directed approach;
• Experience with InDesign and LinkedIn is a plus.

What do we offer you?

• Flexible hours: We’d like to hire you for 32 hours a week, but we can discuss exactly how to schedule those hours, and you’re free to figure out what works best for you as you go along.
• Salary is competitive and tailored to the individual.
