The Anne-Bo Foundation is growing rapidly, and to support this growth, we are seeking an Administrative Office Manager. The Anne-Bo Foundation strives to promote equal opportunities for girls who have dreams but don’t always know how to achieve them, or who lack the network or resources to make those dreams a reality. The Anne-Bo Foundation (www.stichtinganne-bo.nl) strives to promote equal opportunities for young women who have dreams but don’t always know how to pursue them, or lack the necessary network, to make those dreams a reality and achieve their goals. Through scholarships and personalized guidance for students, the Anne-Bo Foundation helps young women pursue higher education at community colleges and universities.

As the Anne-Bo Foundation continues to professionalize, we are looking for an Administrative Office Manager.

There’s always a lot going on at the Anne-Bo Foundation—no two days are the same, and new students join us every week. Since every student is assigned a personal coach, we also welcome new coaches every week. The Anne-Bo Foundation relies heavily on volunteers and depends on our many funds, donors, and sponsors. And things are going well—really well! This means we have a lot of stakeholders who also have many questions across a wide range of topics. And so it is of the utmost importance that the entire administration is also in tip-top shape.

Job Description

  • All administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Receiving and processing all emails, ensuring they are routed to the correct destination and properly entered into HubSpot (CRM system)
  • Keep HubSpot fully up to date
  • Communication with students and coaches regarding all kinds of questions
  • Receiving reimbursement requests from students and coaches regarding tuition, books, and any other expenses.
  • Invite students and coaches to events, maintain lists, and keep them up to date. (kickoff, coach event, coach evenings, LinkedIn sessions for students, events for students)
  • Collaborating with the treasurer regarding payments and expense reports
  • Administrative duties for the General Manager and Operations Manager
  • Actively participate in all events; your input is greatly appreciated
  • Develop promotional materials and merchandise and handle orders

Your profile

  • Organized, creative, and flexible
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Proficient in CRM, Office, Excel, etc.
  • Proactive and highly independent, positive
  • A natural leader who enjoys independently managing and improving a back-office operation
  • HBO-level work and thinking skills. Preferably a completed MBO-HBO degree in business administration, or BKB, SPD
  • You enjoy working for a company that makes a difference
