We are looking for an ethical, organized, and experienced business leader who can interact with creators and partners as an equal and with a welcoming attitude, and who is capable of forging fruitful and strategic partnerships. A social leader who upholds organizational frameworks and can contribute substantively to the artistic director and the team. A connector who establishes and maintains partnerships with various stakeholders. Someone with a deep passion for the performing arts and enthusiasm for further promoting talent development in and from Limburg. And last but not least: someone who possesses a healthy dose of curiosity about what matters to the up-and-coming generation of performing artists.

About Via Zuid

Via Zuid is a talent development organization for the performing arts in and based in

Limburg. We support talented emerging artists, such as choreographers,

performers, directors, writers, and interdisciplinary artists

performing artists, on the path to a sustainable professional career. We provide the

the next generation of creators the space for research and development that

allows for versatility, with (artistic) diversity, sustainability, and boldness as

core values. Together with our partners, we are working to create a vibrant

performing arts landscape, focused on sustainable practices and with a keen eye for

support a collection of up to fourteen creators full of (artistic)

diversity and a wealth of forms and stories. Our creators set out

from a wide range of disciplines, but the boundaries between those disciplines

pay little attention to. Together with our creators, we continually question the

Job Requirements
