Silbersee is a somewhat chaotic family of kindred spirits centered around artistic director Romain Bischoff. We
are rooted in opera, but throw open their doors and windows to unique talents from the most

You can find us on stages big and small, at festivals, and at unexpected indoor and outdoor venues. Silbersee

The executive director and the artistic director together form the executive board. The two-member executive board is responsible for
delegates responsibility to the board. The executive director develops the policy together with the artistic director
of the organization and sets this out in a multi-year plan. The business director is responsible for the
