The largest Dutch cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, and Eindhoven) are brimming with entrepreneurial spirit, have young and growing populations, boast a large number of networks and communities, and are rich in cultural diversity. Rabobank aims to strengthen its ties with these cities. As Urban Growth Director, you will position Rabobank for future growth in this dynamic environment.
You & Your Role
As Urban Growth Director, you are the new face of Rabobank in the city. You use your entrepreneurial vision and ability to build connections to forge strategic networks and bring innovative partnerships to life. You are the driving force that links social impact to business growth: you proactively seek out opportunities, inspire entrepreneurs and young people, and transform ideas into tangible commercial results in an urban context. In this forward-looking role, you will work alongside experienced regional directors to shape Rabobank’s positioning and growth in cities. You will strengthen Rabobank’s position as the partner of choice for urban communities, thereby playing a key role in building a diverse, thriving, and inclusive city.
