Building on our strong foundation, we are entering a phase of growth that requires leadership capable of taking our organization to the next level and ensuring its stability. We are looking for someone who can keep our focus on the path ahead, understands the consulting profession, helps the team thrive, and brings a wealth of energy.

As Office Director, you will help ensure Fronteer’s continuity and growth. You will set a clear strategic direction, maintain robust operations, and ensure sound financial management. You will lead the team and be responsible for realizing our ambitions. You will establish long-term strategies that align with global trends and developments in the consulting industry, and ensure that our work reflects Fronteer’s values.
You combine strategic thinking with a proactive approach. You are actively engaged in the field and build strong relationships with clients and partners. You create an environment where people can grow, with room for autonomy and trust.

We are a small consulting firm with a team of 20–25 people; communication lines are short and the culture is informal. The new director will take over from the current managing partner and join the management team alongside the other founding partner and an associate partner. The director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization and will work closely with the senior team and HR.
