About Tablis Wonen
Tablis Wonen is a housing association in Sliedrecht. We manage approximately 4,600 rental units in the municipalities of Sliedrecht and Molenlanden (Oud-Alblas, Wijngaarden, Bleskensgraaf, Molenaarsgraaf, Brandwijk, Ottoland, and Goudriaan). It is important to us that our tenants enjoy living here and have a pleasant and affordable home. We are here for tenants on a modest budget and are committed to sustainability and energy conservation. We do this in close collaboration with residents, our tenant organization SliM Wonen, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
What do we stand for?
The major national challenges related to sustainability and the availability of sufficient, quality (social) rental housing also apply to our service area. This translates into challenges regarding the sustainability of our housing stock and the construction of new housing. In addition, there are challenging issues in the areas of affordability and quality of life. We operate on the conviction that these challenges can only be addressed through effective (regional) collaboration. We therefore work closely with our tenant organization, the municipality, fellow housing associations, partners in the social sector, contractors, project developers, and other stakeholders. The approach Tablis Wonen takes to these challenges is outlined in the

Organizational Development
Tablis Wonen is a financially sound organization. The challenges we face require us to ensure our processes are well-organized. Further digitization will remain high on the agenda. Collaboration (internal and external, local and regional) is a key principle. Given our size, we continually assess which knowledge, expertise, and activities we should keep in-house and which we would be better off outsourcing or carrying out in partnership. Our rapidly changing society demands that we be agile and flexible, which is why we invest in the development of our employees and the leadership of our management. We realize that a lot is asked of our employees, who are often deeply committed to our work and to our tenants. Together, we must find a good balance in this regard. The Executive Team is evolving into a strategically focused leadership team.
What do we offer?
Tablis Wonen offers you a challenging work environment at a dedicated housing association where you and your colleagues can make a difference for our tenants every day. Communication lines are short, and there’s plenty of room for your own input. Hybrid work is an option. The people at Tablis Wonen are a team of doers. The atmosphere is informal. Vitality and health are also important, which is why we provide fruit in the workplace. This position is classified under Scale L of the Housing Services Collective Bargaining Agreement.
