Oxfam Novib is part of a global movement of people united by a shared mission to create a just and sustainable world. We stand in solidarity with courageous activists calling for radical change: from addressing injustice in trade and tax systems and demanding ambitious and fair climate policies, to advocating for equal rights for all. Oxfam Novib brings people, businesses, and governments together and challenges them to bring about change—both around the world and in the Netherlands.

Together with our colleagues, partners, and local communities, we work toward systemic change and tangible results for people.

We are committed to Oxfam Novib’s core values of empowerment, accountability, inclusiveness, courage, solidarity, and equality. We put our feminist principles, values, vision, and responsibilities into practice, and report transparently on these matters.
