Together with the board and key stakeholders, you will set the strategic direction and establish ambitious yet achievable goals. As an inspiring leader, you will create an environment where new ideas and forms of collaboration can flourish. You will serve as a bridge between external organizations and internal stakeholders. Drawing on your network, you will know how to make the most of the power of collaboration. In addition, you ensure a stable financial foundation by striking a good balance between structural and incidental funding streams.
You have a strong range of skills and professional experience. You are passionate about experiential knowledge and have a clear vision of how it can contribute to the transformation of mental health. You have proven experience in leadership roles within a social organization and are familiar with the dynamics of the social sector. You’re likely not afraid to think outside the box and dare to put innovative ideas into practice. Do you combine analytical insight with creativity and decisiveness? Great! With a proven track record in financial management, you know how to combine innovation and continuity. You naturally possess excellent communication skills and effortlessly build bridges between various stakeholders. In short: you are unique, versatile, and passionate!
The position of director is a 24-hour-per-week role, classified under pay scale 12 of the collective bargaining agreement for social work. We offer you a challenging work environment where you can make a real difference and have a significant social impact. The team (approximately 9 full-time equivalents and many volunteers) is a warm and welcoming group where you will quickly feel at home. This is supported by a dedicated remote board that will challenge and support you.
