We are looking for a director who understands and promotes the Montessori philosophy, provides structure and direction, and works with confidence to foster quality, collaboration, and the development of children, staff, and the broader school community.
De Boog faces an exciting and challenging task. In the coming years, the focus will be on improving the quality of education, further developing the team, optimizing the positioning of the childcare center, and representing De Boog and Floreer in the construction of the new building.
The new building will bring about practical and organizational changes. The educational mandate focuses on implementing quality improvements so that our education aligns even more closely with current educational insights, the quality standards of Floreer and the education inspectorate, and, above all, the needs of the students at De Boog. The Montessori philosophy serves as the fixed foundation for this, with room for further professional development, working toward clear goals, and employing contemporary teaching methods.
You will collaborate with fellow directors at Floreer. In addition, it is important to maintain active contact with other Montessori schools, exchange experiences, draw inspiration, and continue to learn together about how to apply Montessori principles in today’s world. Within the childcare setting as well, there is a significant opportunity to more closely align Montessori principles with children’s ongoing developmental journey.
The new director brings structure and energy, maintains a balance between continuity and innovation, and works together with the team, parents, Floreer, and the local community to build an Integrated Child Center that looks to the future with confidence.
