As director, you will have overall responsibility for Calo and will work with your colleagues on the Management Team to implement the strategic agenda for the Physical Activity and Education division. In addition to a strong foundation in the field, you bring a fresh, outside perspective. You have a clear vision of physical activity in relation to sports, education, and health, and know how to train professionals for the practice of tomorrow. At the same time, you are well-acquainted with or willing to familiarize yourself with Calo’s philosophy, so that you can effectively promote the organization’s vision. Your leadership style is visible, engaged, and people-oriented. As a bridge-builder, you know how to connect with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a balance between Calo’s development and university-wide issues. You provide structure within Calo, which requires clear frameworks and processes. You contribute to stability and clarity, radiating positive energy and inspiring employees and teams.
