As Director of Operations at Jellinek, you will have ultimate responsibility for the financial results and, together with the Director of Clinical Affairs, be responsible for the quality of care and the development of the Jellinek Treatment and Expertise Center.
In this dynamic role, you will be part of Arkin’s executive team and contribute to our social mission. You will report to the board of directors and directly lead Jellinek’s management team (29 FTEs), which oversees a total of approximately 700 employees.
Your responsibilities:
You are an experienced leader with a background in operations and strategic management, preferably in the healthcare sector. You have a hands-on approach, are results-oriented, and know how to motivate and inspire a team.

Jellinek is the leading expert in the Netherlands in the prevention and treatment of addiction, for both young people and adults. For over a century, we have been helping people gain control over risky or problematic substance use. Our treatments are as gentle as possible, yet as intensive as necessary. Jellinek is part of Arkin, a large mental health organization that offers a wide range of mental health and addiction treatment services.
