The energy transition is impossible without you as a Recruitment Business Partner.

You will serve as a key point of contact for management and work with them to establish recruitment goals. In this process, you will oversee the coordination of recruitment efforts between the Recruitment team and the business units. You translate the recruitment needs of organizational units into strategic recruitment plans. With your insightful advice on the right talent mix based on Talent Intelligence, you ensure that we meet recruitment needs in a tight labor market. You will collaborate with, among others, management teams, recruiters, recruitment marketers, sourcers, and consultants to set up the right campaigns and recruitment channels. In this arena, you will serve in a coordinating role and ensure that everything comes together to achieve our recruitment goals. Your insights and data analyses lead to concrete recommendations and improvements in the recruitment process. Together with the HR Business Partner, you regularly discuss progress and resolve any bottlenecks.

And as a Recruitment Business Partner, you contribute to this. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic recruitment plans: translate the staffing needs of organizational units (OUs) into strategic recruitment plans and coordinate annual hiring with the management teams.
  • Focus on Critical Capacity Groups (CCG): Collaborate with Strategic Resource Management (SRM) to address recruitment shortfalls in CCG and optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Data analysis and consulting: Conduct analyses of hiring, turnover, recruitment channels, and time-to-hire, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations for management teams in collaboration with recruitment marketers.
  • Stakeholder management: advise and support the management teams of OOs, maintain relationships with HR Business Partners and other relevant parties, and regularly discuss progress and challenges with the management teams.

You will be part of the Recruitment department. Within this department, we operate through three different teams. Two teams consist of recruiters for IT, Staff & Management, and Engineering (both internal and external). The third team, called Recruitment Development & Support, works across all teams. The role of recruitment business partner falls within this team, and you will work alongside four other recruitment business partners. You will be responsible for your own organizational units. You can choose from:

  • Maintenance & Malfunctions
  • Qirion
  • Low consumption
  • Digitization
  • Large-Scale Projects: Reconstructions and Networks Involving Major Work Packages

Other organizational units are also organized by role. The role is hybrid in nature, and we believe it’s important for us to work together every Thursday at our office in Duiven—the place where you’ll meet your colleagues. On the other days, you can organize your schedule yourself: you’ll be present at your organizational unit as needed, or you’ll work from home. Of course, we’ll provide the necessary equipment for your home office.

  • A college-level or higher education background with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a strategic key account manager, or extensive experience as a Recruitment Business Partner/Manager, or experience in a strategic consulting role.
  • knowledge of the industry, the job market, laws and regulations, and the latest trends in recruitment.
  • strong skills in stakeholder management, project management, data analysis, strategic thinking, and communication.
  • with a proactive and independent work ethic, and the ability to handle change and complex situations.

Tailored just right for you

In return, based on a 40-hour workweek, you will receive:

  • a salary ranging from €4,955 to €7,079 gross per month (pay grade 10).
  • An annual Individual Choice Budget (ICB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes an 8% vacation allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose what works best for you. A year-end bonus in December equal to 6% of your annual salary.
  • 24.5 vacation days per year, which can be supplemented with additional days purchased from your IKB.
  • Every year, you receive a DI budget of €500 to support your long-term employability. After all, being and staying employable in the long term is essential for all of us. You can use it for health-and-safety-approved office furniture, coaching sessions, or sports activities, for example. You decide how to spend your budget.
  • A pension plan with ABP, specifically for government and education employees. We pay 70% of your pension contribution.
